The Entities of The Casa
At the Casa de Dom Inácio de Loyola over 30 Entities that are well known and of a very high vibration of light participate of the works, each one of them assisted by thousands of spirits of light. The whole group is called the Phalange of Saint Ignatius of Loyola. At the same time, other very evolved beings also devoted to help humanity are present, accompanying this Phalange, such as Jesus and Mary. The whole team has a supreme healing power.
The best known Entities of the Casa are:
St. Ignatius of Loyola (1491 – 1556). Patron of the Casa whose life was an example of transformation: being a noble and military Spaniard renounced to everything he once knew and thrived to follow Jesus's example. He founded the Society of Jesus (the Order of the Jesuits) along with his partner St. Francis Xavier. He had a different vision than that of the Catholic Church at those times, he asserted that a direct connection with God could be developed: “I can find God at all times, whenever I wish, and any man of good will can do the same. As the body can be exercised by going, walking and running, so the will of man can be trained by exercises to find the will of God"(i).

St. Francis Xavier (1506-1552). The young and frivolous fellow student of Ignatius of Loyola in Paris soon gave in to the temptation to listen to him, and shortly after, to join him to found the Society of Jesus. He moved to Goa, India, and dedicated his life to promote Jesus's teachings in India and Japan. His disciples then continued the task in China. In the Casa he continues with his mission of healing , from the other side of the veil, and his energy is of a high vibration of love.

St. Rita of Cascia (1381 – 1457). Also called the "saint of the impossible cases" for the miracles she did during her life as a nun and those she did after her transition to the other side of the veil. She has been close to Medium João - founder of the Casa - since his childhood and it was She who announced him that he was a medium and had an important mission to fulfill, when Medium João was only 16. Her energy is strongly felt at the Casa and surprises everyone who has a heartfelt connection with her energy.
King Salomon (990ac – 931ac). King of Israel and successor of his father King David, Solomon was considered a king of great wisdom. He is a very evolved Entity and his energy is strongly felt when he is working at the Casa.
Dr Augusto de Almeida ( - 1908). He was a Brazilian military doctor. He currently supervises all the work being done at the Casa, reminding us that discipline is necessary for our evolution and is also the way of showing respect for the Entities' work. Dr. Augusto de Almeida is the Entity that has defined most of the rules and recommendations that make up the Casa protocol.
Dr Oswaldo Cruz (1872 – 1917). Graduated at the age 19 as an MD in Rio de Janeiro, then specialized in bacteriology at the Pasteur Institute in France. He was the founder of the Oswaldo Cruz Institute where he developed vaccines against bubonic plague, yellow fever and chicken pox. He was health minister of Brazil and saved thousands of lives by eradicating pests and implementing health programs.
Dr Adolfo Bezerra de Menezes (1831- 1900). Also called "the doctor of the poor," he had no fix fee and never rejected a patient. He was the author of several spiritual books and was president of the Brazilian Spiritist Federation in 1894.
Giuseppe Freitas (llamado Zé Arigó 1921 – 1971). He was a Brazilian medium healer who could incorporate Dr. Fritz - a German doctor from the First World War. His healing center was in Congonhas, in the province of Minas Gerais. Giuseppe Freitas is now a spiritual doctor at the Casa de Dom Inácio de Loyola and is a specialist in bones, mainly bones of the spine. Dr. Fritz is also an Entity of the Casa.
Dr André Luiz : Medical Doctor of Rio de Janeiro of the late nineteenth century who after his transition to the spirit world narrated his life in two books psychographed by the very famous Medium Chico Xavier - Our Home and The Messengers. There are two films based on these books, "Our Home I" and "Our Home II". André Luiz then wrote other books - such as And Life goes on, of which there is also a film - and now is a spiritual doctor at the Casa.
Other Entities such as Dr. José Valdivino, Dr. José Penteado, Eurípedes Barsanulfo, and Sister Sheila (nurse of the Second World War) have little recorded history, but their energy is known and their work at the Casa is much appreciated.​
